Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns and Exchanges
It is important that you are happy with each piece of jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to replace the item. Custom orders or gift cards are non-refundable.
We do not refund credit cards, however, we do give store credit or exchanges. Please note that in order to receive full credit, the item MUST be returned within 14 days of the date received, with the tags attached, and in brand new condition. Please note items that appear damaged or worn will not be returnable. No returns after 14 days will receive credit. Please notify us at ellen@ellenhays.com prior for returned items.
You are responsible for the return shipment cost. We recommends that you ship your return with insurance as you are responsible for damage or loss during return shipment. As always, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Then we can send you a store credit for the item or replace it with another item.
Sale items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be credited or replaced. The are a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges:
As always, we are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ellen@ellenhays.com.
